Dean Hoffman was my first coach when I started racing, he was the first person to teach me all my fundamentals and helped develop me to the rider I am today. He was there when I won my first South African championship and trained me all the way till I got to 85s. He was with me through 3 of my South African championships.

Over the years we still share the same training ideas and I find Dean is definitely one of the best technical bike training coaches in South Africa.

I would highly recommend him for all levels of training from riders needing to learn the basics to top racers needing to sharpen up their skills to improve their results.
